bdpoop Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and Definitions

bdpoop ("Platform", "we", "our") operates an online gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between bdpoop and its users ("you", "Member").

By accessing, registering on, or using the services of the bdpoop platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these complete terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Key Definitions

• Platform: The bdpoop website (bdpoop.cam) and all associated services.
• Member: A person who holds a registered account on bdpoop.
• Gaming Account: A Member's personal account where funds are held and transactions are recorded.

• Real Money: Funds actually deposited by the Member (as opposed to bonus funds).

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To register on bdpoop and use its gaming services, you must be 21 years of age or older. Minors (under 21) are strictly prohibited from opening an account or using the platform. bdpoop may request proof of age at any time and may suspend an account where applicable.

2.2 Registration Conditions

• Each Member may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all of them will be closed and any bonuses earned will be forfeited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• If an account is registered using false information, it will be closed immediately and all bonuses earned will be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdpoop may request government-issued identification (national ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address for identity verification at any time. This verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal is processed. Transactions may remain on hold if the required documents are not submitted in time.

3. Account Management

3.1 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. bdpoop will never ask for your password via email or chat under any circumstances. If you believe the security of your account has been compromised, contact us immediately via live chat.

3.2 Personal Ownership of Account

Each account is for the sole personal use of the person who registered it. Allowing anyone else to use your account or playing on behalf of a third party is prohibited. Accounts may not be transferred to another person.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be considered inactive if there has been no transaction or gaming activity for 12 consecutive months. The Member of an inactive account will be notified by email and arrangements will be made to return any real funds held in the account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

bdpoop currently accepts deposits through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

• Only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes 5 to 30 minutes.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

bdpoop processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not currently supported.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New Members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus — total ৳2,000; deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Conditions

A 25x wagering requirement applies to all bonus funds. This means winnings earned from the bonus can only be withdrawn after placing bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each Member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus offers may apply for a specific period — the bonus will be cancelled once that period expires.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for gaming purposes.
• bdpoop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If a Member is found to have abused the bonus system, their bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

bdpoop has three VIP tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.8%), and Gold (weekly cashback up to 1.2%). Members can progress to higher tiers through regular gaming activity. The cashback for each tier is calculated based on the net loss from the previous week.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the bdpoop platform are operated by a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG). Game outcomes do not follow any predetermined pattern and are regularly evaluated to ensure fair play.

6.2 Software and Technology

bdpoop works with world-class game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and Ezugi. In the event of a game dispute, the logs stored on the game provider's server will be considered the final evidence.

6.3 Technical Errors

Game outcomes resulting from a technical error or server issue may be considered void. In such cases, the staked amount will be refunded. Any unusual winnings displayed as a result of a technical error will not be paid out.

6.4 Prohibited Gaming Behaviour

• Playing games through any kind of software, bot, or automated method.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Repeatedly claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Collusion or coordinated cheating with other Members.

7. Responsible Gaming

bdpoop firmly believes that gaming is purely a form of entertainment and should not be treated as a source of income. We are committed to promoting responsible gaming.

• Members may request to set their own deposit limits, betting limits, or temporary breaks.
• If you feel that gaming is getting out of control, contact the support team immediately.

All content displayed on the bdpoop website — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and other materials — is the intellectual property of bdpoop or its licensors. Reproducing, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

bdpoop accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• If a gaming session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• Problems caused by delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers.
• If an account is compromised due to a security vulnerability on your own device.
• If the service is temporarily unavailable due to an unexpected technical failure or external attack.

12. Account Closure and Suspension

12.1 bdpoop's Rights

bdpoop reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any reason, including breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or use for illegal purposes.

12.2 Member's Rights

Any Member may request the closure of their account at any time. All eligible funds should be withdrawn before the account is closed. Any unused bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure.

13. Changes to Terms

bdpoop reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of important changes by email or through a notification on the platform.
